Quality 4/10. usually wrong order. Always tip cash no less than 5-7 on $15/20 bill plus $2 delivery fee. After delivered they called asking can I tip bigger 5 isn’t enough, is it ok to add $4 on my cc

Delivery was nice and hot! Food was good but the only reason not a 5 star is because the Mei Fun was not what I expected and was a little bland and not to appealing to look at. Other than that pretty good.
